How it works

Muse analyzes Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data in real time to determine a patient’s risk level. When a patient is predicted to be within seven days of death, risk stratification informs our team to increase visit frequency from registered nurses and social workers — ensuring the right interventions at the right time.
